Returns and Cancellation Policies

The Stork Store remains dedicated to customer service and we will do everything in our power to keep our customers happy. All orders may be cancelled if they have not begun production and personalization. Most gifts are processed within 24 hours of ordering so please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes.

Due to the fact that most of our gifts are personalized, we are unable to accept returns unless there are gross errors made on our part or there is a defect in the item. Please call in your return before shipping it back to us so we may add an authorization number. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. Approved returns must reach us within 10 days of return authorization unless otherwise specified. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
