Returns and Cancellation Policies:
The Stork Store remains dedicated to customer service and we will do everything in our power to keep our customers happy. All orders may be cancelled if they have not begun production and personalization. Most gifts are processed within 24 hours of ordering so please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes.
Due to the fact that most of our gifts are personalized, we are unable to accept returns unless there are gross errors made on our part or there is a defect in the item. Please call in your return before shipping it back to us so we may add an authorization number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Birth Announcement Return Policy:
Customers are responsible for proofreading and verifying that all information is correct on the proof or order form. Should an error occur that is the manufacturer's fault, the announcements will be reprinted and shipped at no additional charge. If an error is made by the customer, the majority of our companies will reprint the order for a discounted rate. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges of reprints.
Shipping Policies:
We use a variety of carriers to ship your gifts including The United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is determined by the item that is ordered. All items may be expedited for additional charges. Please contact us directly if you have specific time constraints. As most of our gifts are hand personalized, please expected a 1-3 week delivery time.
