Size guideline:
4.5 inch - newborn
5.0 inch - 6 months to 1 year
5.5 inch - 2 - 4 years
6.0 inch - 5 years +

This is just a guideline. Measuring the child's wrist is the best way to determine the size needed. When in doubt consider adding a sterling silver grow chain to make the size adjustable. Bracelets can be made larger as the child grows.
