Our hand painted birth plate is the ideal baby gift for a family member, friend or co-worker's baby. Created by Claudia Baudo, the personalized birth record plate shows the first and middle name of the newborn with his/her birth date, time of birth and weight. A pair of baby footprints adorns the center of the plate with a poem that reads: "O tender feet, you precious things, sent from the gates of heaven's wings." Parents enjoy receiving our ceramic plates for baptism and christening gifts and save the plate as a special memento. The plate measures 8" in diameter and typically ships within 1-2 weeks. A portion of the proceeds from each plate is donated to The March of Dimes.
